I have been a practicing RMT for the past 5 years. I completed my schooling at Fanshawe College and had the opportunity to start working in a busy spa here in Kingston.  I am very excited to start this new journey on my own with Recovery Nest!

My approach to massage therapy is specialized to each patient.  I use a variety of deep tissue and Swedish Massage techniques to help relieve musculoskeletal conditions, and also provide relaxation.
